Q Center Staff and Math Tutors are available from 9 AM – 9 PM
The Q Center also offers Extended Hours for Studying, Collaboration and Meetings during the operating hours of Grafton Library.

Whether you’re analyzing complicated data from scientific observations, trying to figure out what social media campaign is most effective in selling your product, or just trying to calculate your next race pace or monthly budget, numbers are part of everyday life. The Q Center is dedicated to helping students master and enjoy Quantitative Reasoning in every form they may encounter it.
At the Q Center, students can participate in workshops and events to help them excel in the academic, personal, and professional Q worlds.
The Q Center also provides various games that utilize Quantitative Reasoning for students to play at any time.
The Q Center is part of the university’s new 10-year Quality Enhancement Plan and a practical movement to help ALL Mary Baldwin students critically interpret data, draw conclusions based on numerical evidence and communicate quantitative information to others.
The Q Center is run by students, for students. This center is and always will be a space for students to work on, engage in, and practice Quantitative Reasoning.
