Members of the Kiracofe Society are invited to a luncheon in their honor at the Alumnae House. MBU is most grateful to the Kiracofe Society members who have continued the tradition of Charlene Kiracofe ‘25 through planned giving commitments.

Campus Walking & Residence Hall Guided Tour, Beginning at the Deming Fine Arts Center and ending at the Alumnae House
Take a stroll with a tour guide from the office of Admissions as you explore the highlights of MBU’s beautiful campus. You will be delighted to see the fully refurbished and renovated Alumnae house, as well as Betty Gold’s four on-campus sculptures. New highlights also include the Center for Student Success, a cutting-edge solar flower, and upgrades to the Student Activities Center.

Morning Tea & Discussion with the Provost, Alumnae House
All Alumni are invited to enjoy tea and lively discussions with Dr. Ty Buckman as he shares MBU updates and news, including information about the Provost Scholars Class of 2022.

Luncheon with Alumni Association Board of Directors, Lyda B. Hunt Dining Hall, West
In celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Alumni Association, all alumni are invited to enjoy a delightful lunch on main campus with the Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Grafton Society Luncheon & Induction Ceremony for the Class of 1969, Colonnade Ballroom, Stonewall Jackson Hotel, 24 South Market St.
MBU President Pamela R. Fox and Alumni Board President Jane Kornegay Eng ’83 welcome the Class of 1969 into the Grafton Society, which honors the legacy of Dr. and Mrs. Grafton. All Mary Baldwin alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago are automatically inducted into the Grafton Society, which seeks to promote friendship and fosters a continued close association of its members with the university.

Take a tour of Mary Baldwin’s dynamic Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences, guided by faculty and students. Your tour will also include a demonstration of the simulation lab.

Brenda Bryant 5K Memorial Run/Walk, Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences, Fisherville
The VWIL Corp of Cadets invites you to honor VWIL Founding Director Dr. Brenda Bryant. Enjoy light refreshments, an awards ceremony, and a self guided tour of MDCHS. Proceeds benefit the VWIL Brenda Bryant Scholarship Fund. Five-kilometer run is slightly hilly, cross-country terrain across a groomed path and creek. One mile walk is on a paved path for strollers.
Registration required, $20 per person. Complimentary transportation to MDCHS provided from the Alumnae House parking lot.

Join President Pamela R. Fox, MBU’s 9th president, as she delivers the State of University Address. Updates from the university’s Executive Team will follow the address, including information about Admissions, Advancement, Integrated Communications, MDCHS, VWIL, and more.

Alumni Association 125th Anniversary Celebration & Farm to Table Luncheon, Lyda B. Hunt Dining Hall
All alumni are invited to this farm to table luncheon in Hunt Dining Hall. Guests also will enjoy a mini farmers’ market featuring local growers and producers set up just outside of Hunt.

Alumni vs. MBU Tennis Team Match, PAC Tennis Courts
Dust off your racquet and don your tennis whites for an afternoon with the Fighting Squirrels tennis team. You will not want to miss the tour of the newly upgraded Physical Activities Center.

Join MBU faculty and staff for this series of short TED-style talks highlighting new and innovative programming that furthers our mission to train tomorrow’s leaders and change makers. Check back for topics and speakers.

Meet Dr. Carey Usher, dean of the Mary Baldwin College for Women, as she and current students welcome you to the newly renovated McClung Residence Hall Lounge and answer you questions about the College for Women.

We’ll celebrate 125 years of the Mary Baldwin Alumni Association at this festive reception and dinner. Share stories of and raise a glass to the faculty who mentored and shaped your life, and meet the talented and engaging new faculty working with MBU students today.
