Margaret Humphrey Worley is a leading consultant in marketing and product development for financial institutions. Her expertise includes launching complex financial products, marketing, communication and applying a strong discipline in data-driven, long-term strategic planning. Worley is recognized as a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving results.
From 1995 until 2011, Worley was a senior director at Freddie Mac where she led corporate marketing for the single family division. She managed a diverse project portfolio, including marketing, customer database management, value proposition, product launch, the publication of the Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer Guide, broker sales, advisory boards, training and conferences. While at Freddie Mac, she managed a number of businesses encompassing technology, modeling, sales and marketing.
Previously, Worley completed Citibank’s management program and served in various positions as an assistant vice president and officer in Washington DC. In addition to serving on the Board of Trustees at Mary Baldwin, Worley is a member of the Women’s Impact Fund. She is a former advisory board member of the Rising Leaders, Committee Chair for the Junior League of Washington DC and has done work for Habitat for Humanity throughout the United States.
She earned a BA from Mary Baldwin University, and is participating in an executive education program in sales and marketing at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, with an anticipated completion date of spring 2016.
