Mary Baldwin University Dining Services is seeking a full-time professional cook. Applicants should be highly energetic and work well with others. Necessary skills include a minimum of one year related job experience, ability to prepare large quantities of food, ability to read and execute recipes, knowledge of Servsafe and sanitation requirements, ability to stand for extended periods, ability to lift in excess of 20 lbs, ability to operate various kitchen equipment, basic knife skills, and great customer service. Nights and weekends required. Health, dental and vision benefits eligible, as well as an employer provided retirement package.
