Mary Baldwin University is currently seeking applications for a Coordinator of Prospective Student Credentials in the Office of Admissions.

Job Summary:

The Coordinator of Prospective Student Credentials works under the direction of the Director of Admissions Operations and will process all application materials for traditional, online, and graduate programs. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Primary Duties: May include, but not limited to the following:

  • Process all application materials (transcripts, recommendation letters, test scores, etc.), to include:
    • Upload documents to Salesforce and OnBase
    • Enter GPA and test score data in Salesforce
    • Filing of paper documents
    • Coordinate transfer of transcripts for enrolled students to the Registrar’s Office
    • Respond to requests for documents and related information from other campus offices
  • General data entry as needed
  • Assist with other operations tasks (mailings, etc.) as needed

Additional Duties:

  • Performs other duties as assigned and requested

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Some weekend and evening hours will be required. Experience with Salesforce and/or OnBase is desirable.
