Reports to: Director of Admissions Operations

 Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Admissions Operations works under the general directive of the Director of Admissions Operations and will manage electronic communications, including all aspects of sending email and texting campaigns, for the Office of Admissions. The Assistant Director of Admissions Operations will also assist with data management in the admissions CRM and the admissions module of MBU’s student information system.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage outgoing electronic communications from the Office Admissions, including all aspects of email and texting campaigns
  • Create student records for admitted students in the student information system
  • Maintain undergraduate visit page on MBU website
  • Manage departmental email account
  • Assist with reporting as needed
  • Assist with ongoing staff training in CRM and texting system
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance
  • Event assistance as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Some weekend and evening hours will be required. Experience with CRM software is required; experience with Salesforce and/or Jenzabar products is preferred.
