Mary Baldwin University Dining Services is seeking a full-time Professional Cook. Applicants should be highly energetic and work well with others. Necessary skills include a minimum of one year experience, ability to prepare large quantities of food, read and execute recipes, knowledge of SafeServ and sanitation practices, able to stand for long periods of time, lift in excess of 20 lbs. Must demonstrate safe operation of various kitchen equipment, basic knife skills, and provide great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
