Job Duties: Provide professional customer service to all Mary Baldwin Faculty, Staff and Students.


  • Answer telephones and assist walk-ins
  • Report on time for scheduled work hours
  • Log all calls in KACE Help Desk Software
  • Complete tasks in a timely fashion
  • Maintain supplies in computer labs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Assistants must be able to provide courteous and professional customer service over the telephone and in person. Must be computer literate and be able to type.

  • Customer service skills
  • Basic window and/or Mac skills
  • Experience with Blackboard
  • Experience with Gmail
  • Experience with interface smartphones with email/internet

Hours: 8-10 hours per week
