We recommend finding housing in the closer communities of Fishersville, Staunton, Waynesboro, and Stuarts Draft, in your first year. While there are options 45-minutes away in Charlottesville and Harrisonburg, being in close proximity to the building for group meetings is important to your success.

Note on affordable housing: there are a number of lovely affordable housing options in our area, however, most students will not qualify. Students with spouses/families and limited income may qualify for this option. When calling, confirm whether a location is “affordable housing” or “market rate housing”. This Annual Student Certification Form provides some additional information for student qualification.
