Multimedia Services at Mary Baldwin include:
- Installation and maintenance of classroom multimedia equipment (projectors, displays, cameras, document cameras, sound systems, microphones, SMART Boards)
- Installation and maintenance of multimedia equipment in meeting spaces
- Check out of selected multimedia equipment
- Set up of equipment for institution sponsored events
To report an issue with multimedia equipment in a classroom or meeting space, please fill out a Service Desk OIT Help Desk ticket here. (you will need to be logged on with your Mary Baldwin network credentials)
To request check of out multimedia equipment, please fill out the form here. (you will need to be logged on with your Mary Baldwin Google Account credentials). Please note that equipment will need to be picked up at and returned to the OIT Help Desk in Grafton during business hours, M-F between 8 and 4:30.
