Hello my spooky readers,

This month is very special  to me because one it is my birthday month and too Halloween!! Many families have different traditions for Halloween however, my family has a specific tradition where we create our own spooky apples and we toast pumpkin seeds after making our jack o lanterns. However, since I am in college and I cannot make it home to complete my family’s annual tradition. I got a group of my friends and we made our own  tiny jack o lanterns and attempted to create spooky apples. We had so much created our jack o lanterns and our apples!  We were going to try to toast the pumpkin seeds but we did not have a tray to put in the oven for the pumpkin seeds. But nevertheless, we had a really good time and we vowed to carry on this tradition together while we are in college.

Thanks for reading-  Ni’Asia Griffin
