Job Description:

Because there are many web design projects and marketing campaigns under varying stages of development, the PM must use organization, communication and troubleshooting skills to prioritize multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.
The ideal candidate for the PM role has a background in communications, design, PR, managing projects or events and experience working with multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager (PM) oversees the design, development and implementation of websites and creative works for social media campaigns (Post training). Using a variety of standard tools and methods, the PM communicates with the client and leads multiple project teams to create websites and online brands that exceed customer expectations and speak to the customer’s target audience.
Our “120 Day Jr. Web Project Manager / Jr. Web Project Coordinator Boot Camp” is a $10K training investment we make into our new family members (i.e. employees). New hires train under our Sr. Project Managers on all facets of web design, website strategy and web project management.
Compensation:
* $32K to $35K
* GPA 3.8+: Add $3K to high range
* Elite college or university & graduation w/ high honors: Add $6K-$8K to high range
Required skills/competencies/qualities:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Design, Communication, Marketing or related field
* GPA above a 3.4
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Exceptional eye for aesthetically pleasing websites
* Experience setting and communicating priorities to project teams, while managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excels at delivering projects on-time and within budget, meeting high quality standards and customer expectations
* Must possess excellent communication skills
