Poison Oak R. diversiloba is a west coast species, some believe that it and poison ivy are really the same species.

Flowers appear in June and develop into white berries that are eaten by several species of birds, spreading the seeds as they do so.⁵⁵

Description

Three foliolate Shruby,erect or clinging vine. The leaves are variable from smooth edged to lobed, from smooth dark green to pale green. Adventious roots give the vine a characteristic feature. The leaves turn a wonderful red in the autum.
