I am a Senior at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon studying Studio Art with an English Minor. My focus is in sculpture, specializing in wood and metal, however, I have a particular love of etching. I am interested in the spectrum of human emotion and have a particular interest in the darkness humans are capable of experiencing. Artists such as Francisco Goya, Sally Mann and Francesca Woodman intrigue me. I find their ability to make the darkness into something beautiful inspires me in my own work.
