Position Title: S&P Props Manager
Position Type: Student Worker
Position Objective: to ensure that the S&P props stock is well maintained and accessible to students and faculty.
Supervisor: M. Finch, S&P Operations Manager
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- to track all props in the S&P props stock, including checking pieces in and out for any production or performance that borrows from the stock;
- to ensure that all pieces are returned in a timely manner and in the same condition they were taken out in;
- to work with the MFA to ensure that the S&P Prop shop is tidy, organized, and accessible;
- to maintain the organization of prop pieces as well as prop materials and tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and initiative for creating systems and processes;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to schedule meetings and communicate in a timely professional manner;
- Independent work ethic with the ability to set your own schedule and boundaries.
