Job Duties:

  • Data collection and organization
  • Event planning and execution
  • Film, Photography, Graphic design, negotiable

The student employee will work with both the Director and Assistant Director to assist with efforts in organizing information gathered from various sources, and planning/co-hosting related campus events (Information sessions, workshops, etc.). The ideal candidate will also be interested in assisting with film, photography, and/or design and dissemination of gathered information, through approved activities.

Expectations:

  • Report on time for scheduled work hours
  • Answer telephones and take messages
  • Complete tasks in a timely fashion
  • Maintain active and effective communication with the Vantage Point Director and employees  
  • Attend and advertise all Vantage Point events.
  • Other duties assigned

  • Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (MOS)-In particular Access

  • Outstanding knowledge of MBU’s diverse population and campus activities
