Currently, Paige is a Junior at Mary Baldwin University. She is majoring in Business with an emphasis in Sustainability and minoring in Peace-building and Conflict Resolution. As Closing Manager, Paige oversees the night operations of the Squirrel’s Corner and helps keep the hours longer. She performs house functions including closing procedures, equipment maintenance, cash management as well as all other attendant duties. She hopes the MBU community takes full advantage of the quick and friendly service that Squirrel’s Corner helps to provide with their variety of quick bites and beverages.

Stephanie Palacios-Carachure is a Sophomore at Mary Baldwin University. She is majoring in Business with an emphasis in Management and minoring in Economics. As the Business Manager, Stephanie Palacios-Carachure oversees the day to day operations of the Squirrel’s Corner by advising employees, managing all cash and media functions as well as other attendant duties. Being an enthusiastic student, she inspires to achieve her highest performance by maintaining a positive work environment and supporting all facets of a competitive, positive business.

Caitlyn is currently a Junior at Mary Baldwin University. She is majoring in Business and double minoring in Economics and Marketing. As the Accounting Manager for the Squirrel’s Corner, she creates and analyzes financial statements. She assists the managerial team with overseeing financial decisions and meets on a regular basis to assist with other tasks such as marketing and cash control operations.

Inventory Manager

Andrew Gleason is a Sophomore, yet also a first year student at Mary Baldwin University. As a business major with two emphasis, in Accounting and Marketing, Andrew loves the workings of a business and how numbers move. Because of his love of numbers, Andrew signed up to be the inventory manager for the Squirrel’s Corner and is always ready to work or help out. In this position he conducts inventory control, regulates product ordering, and maintains an electronic accounting system for inventory management. He is excited to get to know the business.

Chante Colbert is a Sophomore majoring in Education, with an emphasis on Elementary Education. As a Student Attendant, Chante writes the signs used to promote the coffee shop. Chante is keen on staying as positive as she can while working, and making it easier for customers to buy what they please, when they please. To her, The Center for Student Success is a perfect place to relax, do your work, get some extra tutoring, and to get your favorite snack!

Guadalupe is a Junior double majoring in Health Care Administration and International Affairs with two minors, Business and Leadership Studies. Guadalupe Reyes works as a Student Attendant ensuring customers are well informed about the variety of products offered. Alongside her coworkers, she creates a friendly and welcoming environment. A strong work ethic and attention to customer service not only strengthens her individual performance, but greatly enhances group performance.

As a Student Attendant, Abby uses her customer service skills to greet customers with a bright smile and quick service. In this position, she aids in the daily upkeep and maintenance of the Squirrel’s Corner. She is a hard worker who makes sure customers leave satisfied and happy with their purchase.

Zaria Clemons is a Freshman at Mary Baldwin University. She is an undeclared major, thinking of majoring in Business. Zaria is a new addition to the team with a fun personality. Zaria loves the fact that she can meet and interacted with people who come to the coffee shop and is happy to serve anyone.

As Business Manager, Abinaya Subramanian ensures proper team member coverage, strategic pricing, customer satisfaction, and overseas all cash and media management functions. She performs all POS duties, front and back house functions including opening and closing procedures, and equipment maintenance. She believes the coffee shop is a fresh and much needed addition to the MBU community that strives to give the students an affordable and quality cup of coffee or tea as well as in-demand quick bites.
